Sanjay and Katrina are very simple, focussed and hardworking people. It was a pleasure working with them to transform a Jumeirah Islands villa into a modern, very minimal, open space where each corner makes a statement and create a Balinese style garden where one forgets the hustle and bustle of the city. Katrina headed the project and in partnership with her, the Milestone team brought her vision into reality. All bathrooms were fully renovated, villa fully re-tiled, painted and upgraded. Ceilings were refurbished with all electrical wiring and lighting cabling done by us. Milestone manufactured all the woodworks in our in-house carpentry: customized wardrobes, study cabinets, wall paneling, vanity counters.

Tony lives with his wife in a duplex on Sheikh Zayed road. It was a very spacious property and Milestone was hired to refurbish it to make it livable. They wanted customized wardrobes, TV cabinets, wall to wall carpet and curtains, storage and kitchen upgrade. Milestone partnered them to create a very modern and minimal Scandinavian design. Use of colors was minimal and restricted to white, beige, grey , black and metal finishes. Everything was neutral with minimal color usage. Sometimes, simplicity speaks for itself!

Zaki and Farzin Ali come from the background of Fashion and Zaki is extremely style sensitive , color sensitive and loves high quality materials and latest trends in Design. Milestone was appointed to style their Interiors, exteriors and Swimming Pool in their plush Jumeirah Park Villa. We helped their vision to come alive by doing villa extension, modern library and landing area, ceiling enhancements, remodeling their home to create usable spaces. Kitchen was upgraded to make it more functional. Today they enjoy this minimal, colorful and organized spaces.
